AV Connections of Charleston, SC was thrilled to be the Charleston convention audiovisual and lighting rental supplier and technical event specialist for the Launch of the All-New 2014 Toyota Highlander.

We spent a week with the Charleston meeting planners and attendees working on the Charleston convention audiovisual to make Toyota’s week-long cyclical media conference an incredible experience for our clients and their guests.

The 2014 Toyota Highlander Launch is being held at the fabulous Market Pavilion Hotel in Charleston, SC’s historic Market and French Quarter District. For the Charleston convention audiovisual as well as smaller meeting audio visual and lighting, we provided all these great technical event audiovisual and lighting tools:

The Event: Toyota is cycling presentations of press executives each for two-day visits; starting each group on one of four different days and providing them with Tech Specs and early reviews of the Highlander, as well as safety tests and driver reports, to give the media and press a complete and incredible education on the new Toyota Highlander. The first day includes a welcome lunch and afternoon presentations. Then the event attendees are being taken out to the garage where AV Connections has lit  12 new Toyota Highlanders for their review. Each attendee then gets to choose a vehicle to drive around Charleston and out to dinner that night.
 
On the second day of each wave, the Exec’s get to choose a different 2014 Highlander model (LE, LE+, XLE, Limited, and Hybrid Limited) in the 2014 Highlander lineup to drive to any of 20 or so Charleston, SC tourist destinations (plantations, forts, beaches, historic areas, etc.) for the entire second day.
