Magnolia Plantation and Gardens is one of Charleston’s oldest and most picturesque wedding venues, offering Lowcountry views and the waterline along side some of the most magnificent gardens in the nation. It was incredible and no photo will ever do it justice. It took many hours to hang and break down, but the history of Charleston weddings – and we’ve seen fifteen years worth – rarely has anything been lit with such abandon and elegance. It was unforgettable.

In a career of Charleston outdoor theater AV rental requests, this might be a favorite. Once a year a client of ours calls on us at the holidays to turn their business parking lot into an old fashioned drive-in  movie theater. We just unabashedly love this idea and this job, and every year the kids seem to love it all the more as well.

Each December, the Chick Fil A in North Mt. Pleasant out again this year and we consider it one of our great gifts of the season to recreate the American drive-in once a year for tons of children thrilled to see such a thing. We can’t help but wish there were more of them still, but we are happy to step in to fill the shoes of the great drive-in’s temporarily each year. It is a source of magical happiness not strictly reserved for the children in attendance. What a great and generous event.
